Your data and each account will switch accordingly. You can also sign out of all your accounts here but once you're signed into two different accounts you can just click each one and toggle back and forth between them. From here you can click add another account at any time. For example, if you have your personal Google account, to switch between them, click your avatar icon on the top right hand side of the screen. If you have multiple Google accounts maybe a work one and a personal one you can certainly use both accounts with Google Drive. Right now it's completely empty except for the one getting started document by Google because this is a brand new empty Google Drive account waiting to be built. This brings you to the main Google Drive screen. There's several ways that you can access Google Drive from here, from any Google product screen you can always click on this grid icon. I'm already signed into my account and I can tell because I can see my Google avatar on the top right hand side, instead of the sign in button. From the Google Drive Preferences menu, select Google Drive, and you have two options to choose. You'll see it on the top right hand side of the screen. You can view all the Google Drive files and folders on a PC without taking a single MB on a computer. If you don't have an account already you can sign up for one of these on these screens. Google Workspace (G Suite) account administrators have access to all data stored on the corporate version of Google Drive. You can sign into your free Google account at any Google product screen or the main search page like I'm on now.
